Legacy Music Hub is committed to protecting the rights of creators and copyright owners. Users may only upload content that they own or have legal authorization to distribute, sell, share, or promote.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Music recordings
• Instrumentals and beats
• Audio files
• E-books
• Digital downloads
• Images and artwork
• Event materials
• Promotional content

Prohibited Content

The following content may not be uploaded, sold, distributed, or promoted on Legacy Music Hub:

• Unauthorized copyrighted music
• Stolen beats or instrumentals
• Pirated digital products
• Content copied from another creator
• Unauthorized artwork or album covers
• Content that violates intellectual property laws

DMCA Takedown Requests

If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative and believe that content available on Legacy Music Hub infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice.

Your notice should include:

• Your full name
• Your contact information
• Description of the copyrighted work
• URL of the allegedly infringing content
• Statement of ownership or authorization
• Statement made in good faith

Review Process

Upon receiving a valid copyright complaint, Legacy Music Hub may investigate the claim, temporarily disable access to the content, or permanently remove the content if necessary.

Users who repeatedly violate copyright laws may face account suspension or permanent removal.

Counter Notifications

If a user believes that content was removed by mistake or misidentification, they may submit a counter-notification. Legacy Music Hub reserves the right to review all supporting documentation before making a final decision.
